Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get it fixed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, stickers, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and any undergarments- under ware, bathing suits, etc. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer international shipping to The United States, and are trying out Worldwide! If you require tracking, make sure to select tracked packet.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes , which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. What Nooo Waaay is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
